Right of withdrawal

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract and ends 3 months before the course begins. The period therefore ends on August 22, 2026.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us your first and last name, your address and a clear statement by email to office@headneckmasterclass.com about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days. The period begins on the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees.
The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the service has been fully provided and we have expressly begun its execution.
