General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between headneckmasterclass.com and customers regarding the booking and participation in courses, regardless of whether the booking is made online, by email or in person.

2. Conclusion of the contract

A contract for participation in a course is concluded upon receipt of the booking confirmation. Registration is binding.

3. Services

The scope and content of the booked course are defined in the respective course program. Changes to course content for justified reasons are possible, provided they do not fundamentally alter the overall nature of the course.

4. Participation requirements

Each participant declares upon registration that there are no health concerns regarding participation in the course and that all practical units will be completed independently.

5. Payment terms

The course fee is due immediately and without deduction after payment.

6. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

Consumers as defined by the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) have a right of withdrawal within fourteen days without giving reasons, in accordance with Sections 11 et seq. of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG). The customer will receive the withdrawal information and a sample withdrawal form separately.

7. Cancellation/Termination

Customers can cancel the contract in accordance with legal and contractual requirements. If cancellation occurs after the cancellation period has expired, the full amount as stated in the course description is payable.

8. Liability

The provider's liability is governed by statutory regulations. Liability for property damage caused by slight negligence is excluded, unless mandatory statutory provisions stipulate otherwise (in particular Section 6 of the Consumer Protection Act).

9. Data protection

Customer personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and legal requirements. Further information can be found in our privacy policy .

10. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of this agreement be wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, shall be the Commercial Court of Vienna.
